ARTISAN chocolate

Every step of our chocolate making - from the moment we crack a pod open, to crafting each of our bean-to-bar recipes - we focus on showcasing the wonderfully delicate aromas & flavours of our cocoa. Handmade in small batches and with a high percentage of pure cocoa, our chocolates are all-natural - free from additives, and packed with super healthy flavanols, fibres & minerals. We pick, ferment, roast, winnow, grind, temper & mould everything ourselves, so the quality of every bite of our delicious chocolates remains quintessential.

The name of our atelier comes from the Jamaican patois expression for “see you later”, which also translates as “little more” - because everyone always enjoy a little bit more of a delicious well-made chocolate.
